The Cripple Creek & Victor Narrow Gauge Railroad is a two-foot gauge heritage railroad located just south of Cripple Creek, Colorado. The CC&VNGR operates between May and October over a section of the revitalized original Midland Terminal Railway and the Florence and Cripple Creek Railroad. This photo, taken May 24, 2017, is of one of their runs departing the boarding area, passing by historic structures from the very active gold mining days. The two-car train is powered by their engine No. 2, a 0-4-0 German-built Henschel built in 1936.
